Resort overview

Risoul resort is located in the Alpes du Sud, between Parc du Queyras and Parc des Ecrins, the Durance, the Guil and Serre Pinçon lake and is in the middle of a larches' forest.

Risoul offers a wide and sunny skiing area. Linked with Vars resort, there's a 170km of tracks' skiing area called the Foret Blanche.

There's a snowpark with 3 zones dedicated to freestyle:
The white park: area for beginners only and right in the middle of the larches' forest.
The black park on Peyrefolle area (2600 m): It's on top of the resort and benefit from the best snow cover. It's dedicated to medium / expert riders.
The third zone: there's a pipe for untrained riders and a super pipe for experienced riders. It's right on top of the resort and is accessible walking. A skilift brings to it specifically as well.

By car:
From Grenoble:
On road N85 (Route Napoléon) until Gap, then follow indications for Briançon on road N94 until Guillestre.
On road N91 (Col du Lautaret) until Briançcon, then follow indications for guillestre on road N94.

From Marseille:
on highway A51 until La Saulce, then follow indications for Rallard and Briançon on raod N94 until Guillestre.

Rejoin Risoul by the air, via Marseille-Provence airport and buy time to be on ski tracks asap.
Schedule: on saturdays from December 22nd 2007 to April 19th 2008
2pm departure from airport or 2:30pm departure from Aix TGV station
11am return to airport or 10:25am return to Aix TGV station
During school holidays in February: more departures and returns
