Country overview

The island of "La Réunion" is an overseas French Territory. The island is located in the Indian ocean, it lies between Madagascar and Mauritius. It offers a large variety of fabulous landscapes. In the centre, stand two volcanoes: the " Piton des neiges" and the "Piton de la fournaise" and three cirques. In the plains sugar canes are growing. Part of the island is surrounded by a coral barrier, so you can practice scuba diving. The island offers a large number of spots some of them of international rank.
